The recently installed organic hydroponic roof garden at Liaison Oakville had produced its first tomatoes and a bountiful crop it is. Green roofs are the way of the future and it is nice to participate in the experiment of paving the way for the future.
For those of you who haven’t been to our campus, the roof garden is just out side the main preparation area and is a welcomed little bit of green on student’s breaks.
The basil and other herbs are doing really well too. They will be nice on some fall dishes.
