The first monthly visit of 2013 from Les Marmitons to Liaison College Oakville on, January 28th 2013 saw the group’s enthusiasm lead to another very successful evening!
Staring guest Chef Douglas Sabine, the group of men helped to execute the menu that Chef Sabine had created and prepared.
The group created, with instruction and guidance from Chef Sabine, amazing dishes such as a Roast Beet Salad topped fantastically with a Honey Balsamic Reduction.
When all the cooking had come to a close, the second portion of the evening began. The group all sat down together to enjoy good hearted conversation, wine pairings and of course the delectable meal!
